A 20 % non returnable deposit is required to confirm booking.

More than 8 people: Add € 35 per person per week. N.B. 4 bedrooms - max 8 adults. An extra 2 children can be accomodated.
There is no extra charge for babies in a cot (under the age of 2 at time of arrival). Max no. of persons: 9 + 1 baby.
Pool and beach towels are available.

The owners live in a separate cottage on the property, well away from the villa, there are also friendly cats, dogs and chickens. In the stables or fields you can find Estrela and Vera, 2 beautiful horses.
