Notes to the rental rates: Minimum rental period: 1 week, to run from Saturday to Saturday (other changeover days may be possible).
The indicated rates are final rates and apply for occupancy for 8 people. Less than 8 people: Deduct € 35 per person per week (Low season for 4 persons € 1,320 per week, Mid season for 4 persons € 1,460 per week and High season for 4 persons € 1,960 per week.)
More than 8 people: Add € 35 per person per week. N.B. 4 bedrooms - max 8 adults. An extra 2 children can be accomodated.
There is no extra charge for babies in a cot (under the age of 2 at time of arrival). Max no. of persons: 10 + 1 baby.
All extras are included like final cleaning and daily cleaning service (except on Saturdays, Sundays and on Holidays).
Bed linen is changed on a weekly basis, towels at least once a week. Pool and beach towels are available. Please inquire for different dates (winter) and special conditions for longer stays.

A 20 % non returnable deposit is required to confirm booking.

Please note:

The owners live in a separate cottage on the property, well away from the villa, there are also friendly cats, dogs and chickens. In the stables or fields you can find Estrela and Vera, 2 beautiful horses.
